If your looking for a more personal touch, MADE Fitness personal training sessions may be for you. After an extensive consultation and evaluation, each client is designed their own custom fitness program according to the goals that were set out in our consultation. In each session, you will be guided through and supervised by your own certified fitness professional. We can also accommodate partner sessions and small groups of 1-3 clients. Also, we have many other fitness classes and programs that can compliment personal training sessions so that all your fitness needs are met.
